If you want to come to Klok'uus, make a reservation. This is to avoid disappointment that we are full and to help you as quickly as possible upon arrival. You can usually make a reservation until the evening before or in the morning. Would you like to sit downstairs or in the playground? Then we recommend booking at least 2-4 days in advance.

The time you choose and reserve is the time of arrival. You can then indicate in a separate field what time you will leave again. You do not have to agree on a meal time in advance, you can determine this during your visit.

Do you have a change or do you want to cancel something? You can easily indicate this on the telephone or by email. If you want to cancel an activity, you can do this up to 4 days in advance. If you do this within this period, costs and expenses may be charged.

Groups (from 15 people)
You can report major changes (more than 10% of the number of reserved people) in the number of people specified up to 1 week before your arrival.
Small changes are still possible until the day itself.

Cancellation:
Cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 4 days before your arrival. If expenses have been incurred in preparing your visit, these must be paid.

No dogs are allowed inside or on the terrace.

It is possible to pay with cash (euro) and with a debit or credit card (Mastercard or Meastro). We do not accept notes of €200 or higher.

Much is possible in consultation. We do our utmost to take all allergens and dietary requirements into account. Please indicate this when making your reservation. We would like to emphasize that the kitchen works with: nuts, lactose, crustaceans/shellfish, gluten, egg, fish, peanuts, soy, celery, mustard, sesame and lupine. That is why traces of the mentioned products may be present.

We have a delicious menu with everything you need during your visit. Own food and drinks are therefore not permitted. If you have an allergy and would like to bring something with you, that is possible. We would like to know this in advance, so please let us know when you make your reservation.

Everything on the ground floor has been made on one level so that you can get (almost) everywhere if you have difficulty walking. There is an elevator for the top floor. You can also use a disabled toilet at Klok'uus.

The activity field and the toddler zone are difficult to impossible to access for wheelchairs.

We have free Wi-Fi available throughout Klok'uus. We also have Wi-Fi on the terrace, but the range may be less good at the back of the terrace.

We have a number of places available with a power socket. When you make a reservation, please indicate that you would like to sit nearby!

Children from 2 to 12 years pay to play in the playground. You can find the prices here. All ages outside of this get free admission! Will you come in after 5 p.m. and stay for dinner? Then you can take advantage of our promotion and no one has to pay for playing in the playground.

• Socks are required for hygiene reasons (also available at Klok'uus)
• Playing with synthetic clothing is not allowed
• We recommend taking long pants/leggings with you to avoid sanding the slide
• Slippers are not allowed on the climbing course (sandals or closed shoes are fine)

Is it warmer than 20 degrees? Then there will most likely be water attractions. So remember swimwear and a towel.

In the summer (May to September +/-) there are water attractions when it is 20 degrees or warmer.

The bungee trampoline is open as often as possible so that everyone gets the chance to jump. Is the bungee jump closed and do you not see an attraction employee nearby? Then ask the waiter or cash register, they can call someone.

There are two parking spaces available intended for electric charging.

Children are allowed to play here if they are at least 16 years old.

We recommend wearing old shoes or boots for laser tag, archery tag and GellyBall. The field can sometimes be quite soggy after a rain shower. During the activity you will be given army overalls. Furthermore, comfortable clothing, not too neat, is fine for the game.

Activities such as winter games, ax throwing and the pub quiz are played indoors. Our other activities are in the fresh air! If it rains, these activities will continue as usual.

Have you made a reservation for an outdoor activity and don't feel like playing in the rain? Please contact us to see if we can move your reservation. Please note, the change and reservation rules remain in force.

You cannot see online whether the activity is still available. You can submit a request and we will then see if this works! If you would rather know right away, call us on 0113 – 56 13 06.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed and guided to the table. There, the waiter explains the content of the party and records what the children want to eat and when they can eat. The children can also play or do a (reserved) activity.

This can be discussed with the staff on the day itself.

During the weekend we do not have room for all children's parties/tables to sit both inside and outside. That is why the party table/dining table remains indoors at the weekend. However, parents/policy makers can take a seat outside.

It is usually quieter on Wednesdays and Fridays and children's parties can be held outside.

To rent an e-chopper, you need a valid driver's license or moped certificate. No driver's license? Then we have the cool Klok'uus cruiser available!

No not at all! Before you start the tour, you will receive detailed instructions on how to operate the E-chopper and you can take it for a test drive on our site. It may take some getting used to at first, but our own experience and that of our guests have shown that everyone can use the E-chopper. We now also have new e-choppers, which are 'lighter' to drive.

Our e-choppers do not go faster than 25 km per hour.

Yes that is allowed. A lot of fun even! We have sturdy child seats on the back for children up to 5 years old. We have e-choppers with pillion seats for 6 to 18 year olds. Riding is free!

Yes, this is certainly possible. We have a number of e-choppers with pillion seats! Riding along is free, very safe and you really make a splash.

You can take someone on the back who is 18 years or older. Please note, the heavier the e-chopper, the faster it empties.

Our e-choppers have a handy phone holder. Our cool routes can be found on the app 'route.nl' and they will clearly show you the way 🙂 It is also possible to go back to basics with our nice route maps.
